Can you manage our existing subcontractors?
Yes. We’ll run the programme, meetings, reporting and quality checks with your team.
Do you provide trades?
Yes—painters, plumbers, carpenters/joiners, electricians, tilers/stone, flooring, kitchen/bath installers.
Do you supply materials?
We can specify and source, or work with client-supplied materials. We’ll still check compatibility and lead times.
How are fees structured?
Fixed fee per phase or a management % of project value—agreed upfront. Trade works are quoted transparently.
When should we engage you?
Ideally before site start, but we can step in mid-project to stabilise programme and quality.
Are you limited to residential?
No—we also handle hospitality and commercial fit-outs.
